- Tell me about yourself.
- My name is Maria Komarova, I am 20 years old. I graduated Moulton College this year. Major in linguistics and new information technologies, my special skills are responsible outlook on life, motivating others, self-reliant, and punctuation. At my leisure time I cook a lot and also like sport and philately.
- What are your weaknesses?
- I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I think it makes me exacting.
- What do you think of your former boss or company?
- I worked at Ames Craft Corporation on the position of an operator. This organization is quite well-known and large. My former employee could communicate with his large staff and he was able to adapt to different situations.
- Why didn’t you do better in college?
- That time I should to work a lot because I lived along. And work occupied all my time.
- What did you expect for a salary?
- I’d like to get fixed salary about 20.000.
- Where do you expect to be in 5 years?
- As you can see from my career history I am keen to progress. So, I think that I’ll achieve promotion and can be a manager of the department.
- Why do you want to work for us?
- Your company can give me promotion, well abilities to realize myself.
- What were your outstanding achievements on your previous work?
- I’d set some objectives and then achieved them, performed my job successfully. And as the result I was promoted in short time. I succeed to extend the circle of clients.
- What makes you different from the other applicant?
- You need someone who could build from scratch department training, increase sales and loyalty of employees. I can make it in very short time.
- Are you creative? Give examples.
- Yes, I try to approach to working with creativity, make different presentations, diagram and tables to illustrate the information.
- Are you a natural leader? Give examples.
- I can motivate, inspire and lead the staff, solve different situations, make quick decisions. Also I am able to give orders.
- Are you a good planner? Give examples.
- I set objectives and make plan of their implementation. Also I systematize problems, timetable, and provide backup time for contingencies.
